Jeff Granowsky
Jeff graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Real Estate & Finance.
- His studies included an emphasis on financing and commercial projects. Dean's List in real estate.
- After graduation, he was hired as the Vice President of Hartford National REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust), one of the top ten largest REIT’s in the country.
But, the Colorado Mountains quickly lured him to the Fort Collins area in 1976.
- Jeff settled in Breckenridge where he owned and operated Blue Sky Properties, selling and managing real estate. During his 18+ years in the mountains, Jeff spent several in the construction business, as well as Vice President of Industrial Risk Management.
- In 1999, Jeff returned to the Fort Collins area to raise his three-year-old daughter and two-year-old son. Jeff helped open all the Keller Williams offices in Northern Colorado., becoming an owner and their top producer.
- Jeff has sat on many boards for Keller Williams, including the Agent Leadership Council, and the Mentoring Board, in which he trained new brokers. He also chaired the Relocation Board, working with local businesses to service the needs of their new and relocating employees.
- Over 28 area banks used Jeff's Broker Price Opinions (Market Analysis) for properties in foreclosure, prior to bidding at a foreclosure sale.
- In June of 2000 Jeff created The Colorado Realty Team. Specializing in residential sales, but also working with developers and builders, Jeff's team quiclky grew.
- Over the next five years Jeff’s team was one of the top teams in Colorado and the nation, breaking the Colorado Keller Williams record for sold volume!
- In August of 2007, Jeff and his team made a strategic business move to Remax Action Brokers, where he could offer his clients a higher level of service.
